Advantages: fast wifi, rich breakfast, clean room
Disadvantages: poor service, poorly maintained facilities
Experience: The hotel has not arranged the pick-up appointment in advance. If there is a need to charge, you can tell us in advance. The front desk phone has been out of service for a long time, and even contacting Ctrip customer service can't solve the problem. After waiting at the airport for more than an hour at night, the final solution was to take a taxi from the airport myself, which cost 350 pesos for 10 kilometers.
Summary: My personal experience does not match the Ctrip rating. I don’t know how such a high rating came about. The overall feeling is that it is on the same level as domestic express hotels. The current star rating is the same as that of Crown Plaza. I don’t know how Ctrip rated it.
