It is very close to Monterey MTY Airport. The hotel provides breakfast and a shuttle bus to the airport. The service staff has a very good attitude and service. It is very suitable for business trips.

這是我遭遇最差的酒店。下了飛機打了三次電話請酒店擺渡車幫忙接我們一下。等了四十分鐘曬的要死。硬是沒有等到接我們的車，最後沒辦法打的士去的酒店，才三公里花了250比索。我們到了酒店才看見那個擺渡車華麗麗挺在他們酒店門前，氣不打一處來。
到了酒店之後，我的天，這個簡直不是抽水馬桶，是抽風馬桶!馬桶因為水壓的問題一天鬼哭狼嚎尖叫四五十次，隔一會兒就尖叫十來秒。半夜睡覺根本沒辦法深度睡眠。噪音太太太大了!
酒店保潔明明知道我們入住了兩個人，每天衹給一瓶礦泉水!!沒辦法我們衹能去超市自己買純凈水喝。保潔打掃的衞生真的是，，，，不如我自己打掃的，一個房間走馬觀花的打掃一下，前後不超過十分鐘。馬虎的很。
還有更過分的，保潔把我自己帶的私人毛巾當做酒店毛巾收走了，明明長得不一樣好吧，就這麼收走了。打電話到前台兩次溝通無果，自己又去前台當面溝通，無果。
你們以為這就完了嗎？大清早坐電梯下樓，一開門忽然工作人員在電梯開門瞬間裝神弄鬼嚇唬我。嚇的我當場尖叫，看我有被整蠱到，工作人員哈哈哈哈哈笑的非常開心。我當時真的非常非常火大。工作人員還一個勁拽着我的胳膊，哈哈大笑拍我的肩膀，意思是你較真就輸了的表情。我十分厭惡地甩開她拉扯我的胳膊。真的很想原地揍她!
這個酒店讓我體驗感極度差，我不會再住這個酒店了!垃圾!

房間設施一般，地毯有股味道，離機場有段距離，這段路光線很差，坐在車上有些擔心，早餐種類少，服務默認五星，其他的想不到什麼評價，下次不會住

希爾頓歡朋酒店和機場非常近，有機場擺渡車接送來回。房間設施相對比較老舊。早餐還可以。旁邊有好幾家餐館。有一家味道非常好。
