The hotel was great but a bit old. The aircon wasn’t working. The coffee in the morning was great.

Good for travelers come in the late night time, and nowhere far, to avoid traffic.

The deluxe king bed room I booked was given to a standard room at first. Later, when I changed to a king bed, it still felt small and like an ordinary king bed room. Then it looked dirty, the quilt cover was not clean, and the towels looked dark. The carpet had a smell and the walls were yellow. I checked in at 11 o'clock and paid more than 800 pesos. The price is not cheap, but the price/performance ratio is not high. I will not stay here again next time

The windows are not soundproofed and the noise from the trucks outside is very loud

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport and close to the industrial park, so the room is small but the price is not cheap. Breakfast is included but don't have too high expectations. Fortunately, the front desk can communicate in English without any obstacles, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport 24 hours a day.

Strong smell and noisy air conditioner

Although the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them. I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off. The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.
