We do live on the first floor and ask that you are mindful of stomping and remove heavy footwear. This 2 bedroom apartment is on the first floor of this 1914 three family home (triplex) with lots of character and charm. It is a cozy space with a large comfy sectional couch and smart roku tv where you can login into your amazon prime/netflix/hulu/etc (no cable) accounts.
