We are pet friendly and this house does have a large fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes needed to prepare fresh meals. Besides dishes, there is a Keurig, Keurig cups, bottled water, and other miscellaneous goodies. The bathroom has all the necessary linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also leave out small toiletry items that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip. The living area and the bedroom have a large television with access to Netflix.
