Use of the general property is limited to the Porthole's dedicated outside patio and does not include the rest of the grounds. The Park in front of our house offers a convenient place to smoke if needed. (Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the attached patio area. The property is not 420 friendly). This is a basement apartment. The center floor is occupied by the owners and their Bordoodle Pup. They endeavor to be quiet when the Porthole is in use.... However, you will, unavoidably, hear footsteps and limited sound and and occasionally barking from "Winnie". (If this is a concern for you, you should not rent this apartment.)There is a construction project in the neighborhood extending through Spring of 2026. During this time, parking will occasionally be more of a challenge.NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFFthe apartment is the best three- room "motel suite" in the county - (minus the motel..... we checked). You will love the privacy with the outside covered patio. It's perfect for storing your bicycles. PORTHOLE is great hideaway for a good nights sleep in the King sized bed.
