In the gathering area, you can enjoy the electric fireplace below a solid reclaimed Heart Pine mantel and above that, a large Smart TV. The open layout leads into a large full kitchen offering an 8’ granite-topped island with 4 counter stools, accented by 2 beautiful nautical pendant lights. The kitchen is stocked with all of the amenities you would possibly need. The appliances include, a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, an induction cooktop/range, microwave, a full size dishwasher, and kitchen disposal. In your dining area you can enjoy a solid reclaimed pine dining table, custom made by Old Wood Delaware, which seats 6. You’ll appreciate all of the accent lighting throughout, that enhances the ambiance of the space. Entering the area of the bedroom, you’ll notice details beyond your imagination featuring a stunning fully custom tiled designer bathroom including a floating granite-topped vanity, highlighted by under cabinet lighting and a backlit mirror. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo/conditioner, and luxury towels. As you enter the bedroom you’ll marvel at the hand inlaid wood starburst custom bed dressed with high-end linens. The master bedroom shares the whole third floor with the master bath. The ceilings are lofty with the original exposed beams. You can walk out the front door of the apartment to all our restaurants, shopping, fishing and everything Lewes has to offer.. Shuttles are at the corner to take you to neighboring beach towns, outlet shopping, the Cape May Lewes ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.
