This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc. 3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. REPORTING ISSUES Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following day. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay.
