We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras in the hallways for security.While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
