If you are looking to enjoy the best of the Sebring Circle, including the many seasonal events and local bars and restaurants, then those are just downstairs. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a queen bed. Their is a large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a large counter space, and large mirrors. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, countertop ice maker, and microwave. Expect coffee, sugar, creamer, spices, and condiments. There is bar seating in the open area between the kitchen and dining area. The Livingroom features views of Circle Park and plenty of seating. This is an older building and there is some wear and tear, giving this apartment a spacious and clean but lived-in feel. Free parking. Parking pass is required.
