It is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is on Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. The studio has a courtyard view, a balcony, and no street noise. There is a King Bed and a full-size Murphy bed, a sofa, and a kitchen. Centrally located near restaurants and shops. Short drive to Gunstock Ski Resort, Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, downtown Meredith, Laconia Bike week, and near The Margate. Bordering towns are Gilford, Meredith, Belmont, and Sanbornton. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.The space comes complete with essentials and is ready for you to arrive and unwind! There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle, or trailer in the parking lot.Important to Note:- No smoking- No pets allowed- No unapproved overnight guests- Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM- No events, parties, or large gatherings- Must be at least 25 years old to book- Additional fees and taxes may apply-Our condo association requires vehicle registration; you will need to complete the form and provide the requested information to ensure compliance with community parking rules.
