A sofa in the living room area can comfortably fit one adult or 2 smaller children. Sofa is not a pull-out queen but rather the back flattens to about the size of a double bed. The bathroom is light and bright with marble floors and a marble shower. No bathtub. Hairdryer is provided in the bathroom cabinet. There is a nice-sized galley kitchen with frige, stove, toaster and microwave. There is Keurig and complimentary coffee. The combined dining and living area is a wonderful gathering space for socializing. Both bedrooms are large with closets for hanging clothes. For extra convenience there is a laundry area with washer and dryer! Step outside to your off-street parking lot and walk up the driveway. You are steps away from Goodspeed Opera House. In addition, the apartment faces East so on a sunny day you will wake up to plenty of sun pouring into the apartment!The apartment has a lockbox with a key for entry. A code to the lockbox will be made in a message the day before arrival.Extra linens, blankets and pillows are available on the shelves in the bedroom closets.
