Only use paper towels provided.Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items. Street Parking - parking is available anywhere in front of the house. Please do not park on the driveway as this is reserved for the other listings.Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc. Bedding - The bed should be left unmade as we strip and wash all bedding after each guest. Valuables - The Host and VRBO are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
