Walk South the seven blocks down Church Street and check out the many Victorian houses on your way to breakfast at Spoons or Snugs. You'll love my place because of the newly remodeled professional designer quality, the neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, the kitchen has all appliances including coffee maker, waffle iron, and toaster. The kitchen has white granite counter and a large harvest sink. The coziness is palpable in this cute apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids or furry friends (or pets). Neat Suite is an efficiency apartment 8 blocks from the old downtown McKinney square. It has a complete kitchen and bathroom and an outside crushed pink granite patio. It is in a quite family neighborhood across the street from a small stone church. A walk South will take you by many Victorian houses that McKinney is famous for and you can eat at one of the many quaint eateries on the square and then stroll the square and shop at the cute mom and pop antique and specialty shops. McKinney is unique by design and there are no big chain stores or restaurantson the square. Neat Suite is perfect for business travel or vacationers or folks between houses who need a place while looking for a more permanent residence.
