Comes furnished with a comfy couch, lazy boy recliner, 55" flat screen tv (includes Directv Netflix HBO and you can hook up your laptop to the HDMI 2 input).Sleeping arrangements start with the "pull down from the wall" Murphy bed (Queen size) sleeps two. If you need extra sleeping space or you just want to splurge a little more this is the Add-on for you.
