Private entrance, full on suite bath, fishing dock, kitchenette with coffeemaker, shared pool, & Internet included.THE SPACE I just adopted the sweetest bluetick hound-dog. She is 3 years old and gets along with everyone, everything, & everybody. She will be roaming the entire property. This studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults that like a good queen mattress and 1 person okay sleeping on a brand new regular genuine leather couch ls. Furniture was just purchased brand new and is very good quality.Central AC, off street Parking for 2 vehicles, separate entrance. GUEST ACCESSGuests enter 24/7 with lockbox. Guests have their own parking spaces (2), living area, bathroom, kitchenette & can access the shared pool and dock. I'm Paul the owner. I live in the main part of the house, I'm super outgoing, friendly and talk alot. I often use the pool area & common areas to host friends & family, but many nights are extremely quiet.If you are after a very quiet experience please send a message prior so we can compare notes and make sure you have a great experience.INTERACTION WITH GUESTSI just adopted the sweetest bluetick hound-dog.
