We live on the main level and rent out the basement apartment. Separate entrance and street parking. Light rail is less than 10 minutes walking distance that will take you to downtown Denver. Green solutions and a liquor store is five minutes walking distance. Two main grocery stores (King soopers and Walmart) are a mile and a half away. There are some brochures in the living room.
