GGuest UserVery spacious apartment with all the amenities available to spend a good day of rest.
Only one minus point are the pillows (a lot but) the mattress already needs to be changed and the existing blanket has also had better days of washing.

We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue...

AAugusto H.The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

GGuest UserApartment as described, however we were located in a part of the hotel with no view of anywhere. Lots of sounds in the hotel. Indoor pool with lots of children (maybe restricting the hours would be a good idea) Impossible to relax. Good breakfast, fresh products and always replenished, but small area for the number of people.
