Private parking in the basement of the residence.Well located: opposite the Mediterranean Club Cabo Negro, a few minutes walk from the beach and the Royal Golf. Many possible activities:- cultural (guided tours of the medina of Tetouan to do! Tangier, Chefchaouen 50km, M'diq the fishing town and summer residence of the King within 10km.- sports (golf, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling).- and of course, beaches, strolls on the ledge along the beach Cabo to Maril.
