The independent house ‘Poiana’ is located in the hills of the Marche region, in Urbino (Unesco Heritage Site). The ‘POIANA’ is an annexe of Country House Biroccio and is located 80 metres from the main house. The 28-hectare property is located within a provincial territorial park, in a relaxing setting among hills and fields as far as the eye can see. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and contact with nature, this place is for you! From here you can visit many places of cultural and scenic interest: Urbino, Urbania, Mondavio, Corinaldo, Sassocorvaro, San Leo, Gradara, the Furlo Gorge, to name but a few.The ‘POIANA’ annexe is 85 square metres and can accommodate 4+2 additional persons, and is composed of: kitchen, living room, a first double bedroom with bathroom, a second double bedroom + a bunk bed, with bathroom. Total max. 6 persons.The two rooms are completely independent because, in addition to having an en-suite bathroom, they have an exit door to the outside.
