The Baldelli Apartment is about 55 m of a historic 18th century building, owned by my family. The windows on one side overlook the Valdichiana with Montepulciano, Monte Amiata and Lake Trasimeno and on the other side there is a view of the Palazzo Comunale, and the Piazza della Repubblica. In the evening during sunset the valley is adorned with lights that create a beautiful picture.The central location allows guests to fully experience the life of Cortona, from the breakfast with brioche and cappuccino and at sunset with good Tuscan wine. It is the old home of our family! The apartment in question is located on the first floor of a traditional farmhouse. It consists of two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of these serving, without shower). To reach it there is the external staircase.Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.Free WiFi and parking.The structure has been recently renovated preserving the original characteristic features.
