The common courtyard, accessed through a separate entrance to the apartment is via stairs or elevator inside for people with reduced mobility then .The house consists of an entrance, a kitchen overlooking the living room -private room, a large bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.The cottage is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. A storage for bicycles is available as well as a relaxation area 50sqm open access (on the ground floor of the house, accessed by the court).
