This studio is located in subdivision in a recent construction with parking. on the ground floor.The studio consists of:- a shower room with a toilet, a shower, a vanity unit.- a living room with window overlooking garden including: kitchen (induction hob, fridge, hood, microwave / oven, coffee maker, ....), a dining area and a living room / sleeping area.- Outside: a dining area and a relaxation area (deckchairs)The linen is provided (sheet, bath towel, tea towels).Climaisation.
