Our apartment (approx. 60m²) is centrally but absolutely quiet in a well-kept green 2-storey complex (under German-English-Spanish speaking management) with 2 private pools (one of which is only 30 steps away from the apartment, but is currently still closed due to necessary re-inspection after a complete overhaul).Only about 200 meters separate us from the market square, the marina as well as the sea and beach.Winter sun: Our apartment and the large terrace are southwest-facing!
