The apartment "Strandmupfel" is locates in the apartment-complex Ferienpark Sierksdorf on the first floor in the balkony-houses direktly between the Hansa-Park and the Baltic Sea. From the apartment you have a beautiful view at the Lübeck Bay. The beach is only 50m away, and just 100m to the left lies a dogbeach, where dogs are allowed all year round. Between Oktober and March dogs are allowed on nearly every beach at the bay. At the beach, you can rent a beach basket during the warmer months. An own parking spot is available during your stay.The Hansa-Park is only 5 minutes by walking away. You can reach several grocery shops within 5 minutes using a car (Sierksdorf and Neustadt). This is a Non-smoking apartment. Making a barbecue is forbidden inside the whole complex.The 3-room apartment "Strandmupfel" was partly renovated during winter 19/2020. Up to 6 people can spend their holidays here. The apartment has two fresh renovated bedrooms, one with a queensized bed (160cmx200cm) and one with a bunk bed (90cm x 1,90m). In the livingroom, you can find a sofa bed in a smaller queensize (140cmx200cm) and a dinnertable for up to 6 people.The fresh renovated kitchen is fully equipped.You have to bring your own towels, sheets and pillow/blanket cases. If you wish, we can give you a travelbed and a chair for a small child for the time of your stay. The travel bed can only be placed in the living room due to space issues. The apartment is not child-save. Do not leave your younger children unattended, we do not bear liability.If you bring a dog with you, we suggest a maximum of 4 people in the apartment. Guests from the LGBTQ+ Community are welcome.During the following times, we have to ask you to pay a visitor's tax seperatly at the beginning of your stay:1. Januar -30. With a view of the green, beach location and evening sun, we offer you our 1-room.-Whg. (28 sqm) plus 8sqm balcony on the 7th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new fitted kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances as well as an appealing bathroom with glass shower / toilet are available; also a good quality sofa bed with real slatted frame and a 150x200 mattress to fold out. A private parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hanspark" as well as a public one. Swimming pool are in the immediate / walking distance ...Our locked apartment is located in a well-kept holiday complex from the 70s. Several apartments are rented out in the high season and very quiet in the low season. Our apartment is available for your sole use. It has its own bell and mailbox.Note: The facade will be painted by April 2020 or possibly May 2020. There is a scaffold erected with transparent weather protection (see photo). Craftsmen are working in the area of our balcony from time to time. Rates during this time are discounted.Our apartment was completely renovated in 2019. You will find a new, very well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with toilet and new glass shower. All floors are covered with vinyl laminate (except kitchen = tiled). The living space inside is approximately 28 square meters (non-smoking area :-)). The balcony has an 8 sqm roofed outside area (an ashtray is available here ;-)) ...The living / sleeping area can be completely darkened by opaque and cold-resistant curtains.WE PICK UP PER PERSON WITHOUT CHARGE:BEDDING / COVERS, BEDS, 1 TOWEL, 1 SHOWERHere are a few special features:Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, normal coffee machine with separate thermos, CAFISSIMO machine with a large selection of capsules available / 50 cents each, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, electr. Children under the age of 18 are free. The charge is € 1.30 per day and adult in May / September and € 2.60 for June / July / August. Arrival and departure days are considered as one day. You can find more information on the WWW under "Sierksdorf". We as hosts are obliged to collect the city tax. You will then receive the so-called Ostseecards from us either by post with all other documents or, if necessary, personally on site. You can transfer the amount to be paid directly to us before your arrival. sen. As a tip: the Ostseecard offers many advantages on site.
