From the large living-dining room you have access to a 13 sqm, sunny roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the garden, the surrounding vineyards, forests and the Kinheimer Höhe. An ideal place to relax and unwind. Of course, the garden is also available for you to linger.The separate, newly designed kitchen - in light natural tones - includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and oven. In addition to the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mixer, there is a Senseo coffee machine. A complete equipment of kitchen inventory is a matter of course.The bathroom is new, very fine with a large shower, toilet and an individual, very special washing facility.
