AAnonymous UserOur stay at Bo Yu Apartments in Xiaojingwan was an absolute delight! I had initially been worried that three consecutive days of rain would dampen our spirits, but to my surprise, the room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for staying with kids – as soon as the rain stopped, we could head straight down to the beach to dig in the sand, and coming back to the room for a shower after playing was incredibly convenient. That was a huge plus. As for dining, we also made a couple of pleasant discoveries. On the first day, we ate in the commercial street; while the options weren't extensive, the ingredients were very fresh. On the second day, we bought seafood at Xiacong Market and had it cooked at a nearby eatery – the value for money was astonishing! This three-day, two-night trip was meant to be an 'escape from the daily grind,' but it felt more like a wonderfully stolen moment of relaxation. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back when the weather is clear!

GGuest UserThe host was a very kind and courteous gentleman trying his best to accommodate us in ways possible for him because we don't speak Mandarin and he doesn't speak English. He helped set up the address for food delivery app as well since the app works in Mandarin. That way we were able to order food on *******. The location is excellent offering excellent views of the sea front. The condominium has a direct access to the beach and we had a good time. It was extremely cold out of the blue for just those 3-4 days of December since an additional cold wave was sweeping across southern China during our stay at that place. The heater component of one of the ACs was not as efficient as the second AC but overall it was a great experience. Besides this small issue we had a great time. He was helpful enough to provide us with additional quilts as a result. We needed an extension for check out. It came at a reasonable cost and as a result we had more time and very happy with his services as well since it gave us some flexibility to check-out and head back to our destination more leisurely.

There is also a kitchen where you can buy groceries and cook. I will stay a few more days next time. I took a few photos. The room is a little darker than the actual picture, hahaha.

AAnonymous UserIt was the first time I drove from Henan to Huizhou with my parents and children. There are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs of the hotel. It takes two minutes to go downstairs to the beach. Although it is not the closest building to the beach, you can still see the sea from the room. It is so beautiful to live on a high floor and enjoy the sea view! The boss knew that the child was a girl and specially changed a Hello Kitty theme parent-child room for her. The room facilities are complete, the interior space is large, there is a small refrigerator, and the air conditioning is also awesome. It is also equipped with a disposable toilet seat, and even the bath towel is disposable to avoid reuse. The beach sand is as fine as flour, and it is super comfortable to step on bare feet. On the first night, I wandered around the beach and picked up a small cuttlefish and a palm-sized shrimp. The people who were catching the sea next to me were envious. The hotel owner said that he had never picked up such a big shrimp here for many years (the boss is from Hubei, and the boss's wife is local). The most important thing is that I didn't bring any tools for catching the sea, and the boss provided them for free! ! And there is also a free transparent box for small shells! ! I tried both sea catching and squid fishing, it was fun and I will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe location is great, but the place must work on a few things: First, the beds were really hard, not confortable at all to sleep. Secondly, we had to build up our own curtain since the ones in the apartment are not good enough to cover up the lights from outside (the sun brightness is uncomfortable), so be prepare to wake up at sun will. Not enough utensils to cook and the ones available were not at its best hygiene. Also, we believe the balcony should have more safety protection (do not recommend if you have kids). Last but not least, the AC’s are not cool enough (in our opinion), taking into consideration that the weather temperatures are high and it’s a humid area. Other than these, the apartment it’s in a great location, right in front of the sea, very beautiful view. Would stay again? Don’t think so, but for the price it’s ok. Note: please be sure to call the staff before your arrival or add them on WeChat for address reference, as we spent almost an hour to find the apartment.
