The newly renovated 1½ room apartment on the ground floor of the Condominio Fiori residential complex is in a central location with a direct connection to the Locarno - Orselina cable car. The lake, train station, shopping arcades and old town can be reached in 5 -10 minutes on foot. From the apartment's large balcony you can enjoy the idyll of the garden, the view of the mountains and a piece of the lake.
