YYezilidedahaiI chose a suite with a separate living room. It was equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. It was very close to Parramatta Mall and the river was downstairs. But it was arranged on the second floor, which was really hard to accept. A few meters away from the window was the museum under construction. I was highly myopic and could see the facial features of the workers without wearing glasses. My husband threw a cigarette to the other side and he could catch it. How close is it? I went to the front desk to negotiate and they said there was no room available in the entire hotel. Forget it, I made do with two bowls.

GGuest UserOverall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through Trip.com), and then charged again when booking in. After being told numerous times that they would organise a refund, they then said that I had to contact Trip.com, who I had booked through, so not very good at resolving their errors. In saying that, I must commend Trip.com on getting the refund through for me in approx 3 hours, very impressed!

WWENTIANI have stayed twice in three months. I have booked this time. I am very satisfied with the double suite. The terrace is very large. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can cook more than six people. The fly in the ointment is another room. The difference is that the air is dripping. No room, bed, room, lobby, suggestion, suites are better than standard double rooms.
