"Beautiful, gorgeous, well kept and modern apartments. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 baths. The bed & pillows were nice and soft. Spacious with full views floor to ceiling windows that affords direct views to the harbour. Nice living room space with tv. So nice to have meals out at the balcony due to the amazing views. Aircon works perfectly. Kitchen is modern with everything you need to cook. There is a huge park just 5mins walk down by the ocean perfect for kids. Overall highly recommended and I'd give our stay an 11/10 -"

"Excellent apartments, the first line, from the balcony was a view of the ocean, a nearby descent to the beaches, near 5-10 minutes walk shopping center. Big living room (2 sofa, dining table, magazine table, TV, conferror) with kitchen (chef, refrigerator, teapot, microwave, food and cooking dishes) its balcony with table and chairs, bedroom double bed + cabinet, bath small, There is a room with washing machine + dust, tug, layout dryer. There is a swimming pool and barbecue area at the hotel. Parking. Respeshchen is closed as everywhere in 16-17 hours, but the entrance to the hotel by electronic key. Very enjoyed!"

"The first time I went to the Gold Coast for a holiday 🏖️ I really saw the scenery of the hotel every morning. I felt very comfortable in Hawaii 🌺. I can cook in the hotel room. The kitchen is complete. The tableware 🍴. The oven is available. There is a swimming pool outside. And the spa can take a bath, When the first day arrived, it was really great to take a bath while watching the stars in the sky. Every morning, I make breakfast, sit outside and deal with work, drink coffee and watch the courtyard of the South Asian trees. All the troubles are left out of my mind. The subway to the Gold Coast is only 3 minutes away, the beach is 7 minutes, and the supermarket is about 5 minutes. Really have a good memory at this hotel. Thank you for taking family and friends next time"

"Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service."

"This hotel room is very large, the most worth admiring is the room terrace looking down, seeing a very beautiful river and holiday house, I personally think that compared to other hotel rooms to see the beach on the Gold Coast is more beautiful, if you have the opportunity to travel to the Gold Coast again, I will definitely choose this hotel again."
