Fiz reserva 12 dias antecedência, a suíte foi último andar (4°) feito com divisórias, em condições que escutava tudo que outros hóspedes conversavam. Quarto triplo muito apertado, o chuveiro vazando água na junção na parede sem ventilação e um único espelho no banheiro que não dava p usar pois ficava embasado facilmente. Café razoável, Fiquei decepcionada com a reserva.

Estive hospedada em Agosto/24 em um quarto para 4 pessoas. Quarto muito apertado e sem muitas opções de tomadas para carregar o celular, tv sem pegar todos os canais, roupas de cama furadas e rasgadas assim como as toalhas de banho. Fomos premiados com a visita de uma barata no quarto durante a estadia e ao sinalizar na recepção o ocorrido (esperando um pedido de desculpas ou a informação de que iriam colocar inseticida no quarto) recebi como resposta uma risada do funcionário. Pela reação acredito ser algo comum no local. Em relação às refeições, não são nada parecidas com as fotos que encontramos no site do hotel, além de informarem funcionar no modo de buffet e chegarmos no hotel e ser serviço a la carte com a desculpa do hotel não estar cheio. Chegamos a solicitar a retirada das refeições do pacote mas informaram não ser possível. Enfim, se você está em busca de hotel em Aparecida não caia na cilada do Faenician pelo preço atrativo, você encontrará funcionários despreparados e uma realidade diferente das divulgações nas redes e site do hotel. Único ponto positivo é a localização.

Inicio a avaliação pelos principais pontos fortes do hotel: (1)a localização privilegiada, perto do portão de acesso à Basílica, logo abaixo da Passarela da Fé, 5 minutos de caminhada e você já está na Igreja. (2) Cordialidade do atendimento, os funcionários do hotel foram muito educados, atenciosos e empenhados em atender as nossas demandas, realmente um atendimento diferencial. Além desses dois pontos fortes, pode-se destacar que é um hotel muito bom, quarto triplo tinha bom espaço com banheiro muito bom. No restaurante foi servido um jantar com boa variedade de alimentos. O café da manhã é bom, não tem uma ampla variedade, mas na minha opinião é suficiente para um dia de passeio. O hotel não arruma o quarto a não se que seja solicitado - é bom o hospede ter isso em mente e não se assustar caso o quarto não seja arrumado todos os dias. O único ponto a melhorar que identificamos foi em um dos quartos que reservamos (reservamos 2 quartos) havia um aparelho de ar-condicionado antigo, sem controle e estava um pouco barulhento. Com certeza o hotel está na lista de primeiras opções para um futuro retorno para Aparecida.

Noite de horror em aparecida
Não recomendo de graça é caro, café horrível , frio material de quinta categoria quarto cheiro de água sanitária e mofo ar-condicionado não funcionou ventilador de teto com dois dedos de sujeira infelizmente estou falando mal más gostaria de está elogiando como fiz no decorrer da minha viagem.
