Everything was outstanding. All the staff is very friendly and supportive, more than usual. I have to thank you all for how you made us feel. Location is very nice, near Aosta with a confy and usefull parking right in front of the hotel. Spa and sauna are just wonderfull. In all corners of the hotel the clean is just perfect as a top 5 stars. Rooms are lange, confortable, well fitted with everything. Beds are absolutely great. Strong wifi. The breakfast offers very good quality products, clearly choice with care, for all tastes. The vibe in this hotel is special ! A great expresso. It's simple, a wonderfull experience from all points of view. We have to thank you ! This is about doing things with love !

Reception staff were amazing, room was great value for money. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, occasionally not enough bowls for cereals but usually sorted. Hotel was close enough to walk to town plenty of good restraunts, although may need to remortgage to eat in some of them. Ski room was great, heated boot holders, plenty of space, could do with another bench in there though. Slopes were ok, poor freeze thaw conditions all week, but better in the mornings. Not much beginner area here but thats the resort not the hotel. Skyway to Mont Blanc was booked by the reception staff, a great experience, all of them went above and beyond. Free shuttle to slopes lift, limited running times and whatever you do dont do the doors yourself, my daughter was told off. Driver needs to smile and be more friendly, if so he would have received a better tip. If you get the chance go on the snowmobile ride to the mountain restraunt, food was ok, ride was excellent. We booked Mattia as our instructor through Maison Sport, he booked the snowcat for us, amazing instructor really enjoyed my week. Spa is €20 per person per visit, we went once, a little pricey should be included or maybe €5 each a day, maybe get more visitors that way. Would recommend for families who are happy to ski all day and chill at night.

Coming off the SS27 it is easy to drive past this place in a rush to get into town. Simply don’t! This hotel is something else. Not five star because it doesn’t feel the need to be. It’s restaurant isn’t probably a place that Michelin will ever visit although it deserves all the accolades. The rooms are spacious and simply furnished. Everything you need and nothing you don’t and it all works perfectly. The staff are charming and extremely helpful. More to the point it has a real family feel where every single one of them we interacted with had an intense and genuine wish to help - without the five star obsequiousness. The restaurant is also very special. Again the whole family operate as one. All of them genuinely know and have an immense pride about the local ingredients they use and explain them clearly. The food itself is brilliantly presented and without fault. As if all of the above isn’t enough the price of everything reasonable, extremely good value for what you get. Visit. Stay. You won’t regret it.

After reading all reviews we had low expectations but our stay has been wonderful! Yes it is dated, but comfortable enough. The location is great, walking distance to everything and close to the cable car. Breakfast was super fresh and tasty (chocolate croissants are to die for), the room was large. But the best is the staff, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Yes the beds were rock hard, but they fixed it with extra bedding. The guys in the breakfast room remembered our coffee preferences quickly and would bring it without us having to ask. Comparing to the room rates at other hotels, this was great value and we would stay again.

GGuest UserWe booked 4 rooms (3 double & family room) at this hotel a year before our stay for a party of 10. We had tried to make contact with hotel 5 times prior to our stay to arrange booking a meal at hotel but all communication was ignored- this was a worry and on arrival we were ushered into the hotel restaurant to speak to Mikey the owner who explained only one room was available the family room and he had booked us a 4k a week chalet to stay in and an apartment for the rest of our party. The chalet was very nice but the apartment was up 100 steps, basic and had not been cleaned properly. Later in the week we found out this apartment was in fact the chalet girls digs that they had been chucked out of and they were on pull out beds in the hot tub area of the hotel!! Mikey offered a discount on our meals from 30euros to 20 but was hardly apologetic! On the last day he wanted some of our party out of the chalet and said the rental company would throw there things out if they didn’t leave by 10am..we do not believe this at all and think he has other guests waiting for the chalet! This made our last day skiing late and they weren’t given a room until that evening. Then he was calling us to say he needed keys to the chalet girls apt as they wanted to clean the day before we due to leave ..clearly a lie..we later found out the owner of apt wanted to let someone view the apt as it was for sale and other people in our group explained to him Mikey had been subletting his apt to hotel guests! This guy is a true blagger ..he lies and the chalet girls (who were all lovely and clearly exploited by their boss) told us he overbooks all the time..many of them were in tears due to having to deal with irate customers checking in who were being moved about the village to various accommodation! Our party who stayed in the hotel were disappointed as hot tub always out of order, rooms basic , noisy and bathrooms smelt bad. The apt we stayed in was nothing like the lovely hotel pics as you can see…the fridge smelt and dirty, shower didn’t drain and was mouldy, pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable ...not the holiday we had looked forward to and extremely stressful ..being in 3 different accommodations and having to walk 100steps up with ski gear is a nightmare! Never again! Avoid like the plague ..faulty towers looks organised compared to this guy!

GGuest UserWe got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!

GGuest UserEasy to find off the main road. We stayed for 1 night mid week and arrived after lunch so we had 1 1/2 days of spa usage. Reception was pleasant and multi-lingual. Bedrooms had great views of the mountain and gardens. Room was large with generous bathroom. But, the grout in the bathroom was quite discoloured and needed maintenance. Also, there is in no iron in the room or even available in the hotel - this is a negative - so make sure you iron what you need before you come. The spa looks like it has been extended and there are any rooms to try. So don't miss out. They should put a map on the walls (like they do in other QCTerme spas), so you know where to find the different spa rooms. The food was plentiful and of a good standard. Make sure you make use of the apertivo at 5pm included in your stay. Another downside was the tight parking downstairs and they have no electric charing points for cars - again a negative. Whilst very enjoyable and we had a relaxing time, they can't really say this is a 4star hotel anymore.

GGuest UserUna prenotazione fatta all’ultimo, un weekend sulla neve con un bimbo di 5 anni….. questo è il posto ideale ! A due passi dall’ovovia e dal centro città, locali puliti, camere spaziose e con arredi moderni. Bagno delle dimensioni adeguate, doccia grandissima. Colazione???? Una delle migliori mai assaggiate: varia, con scelta sia dolce che salata, frutta fresca, ottima selezione di alimenti per celiaci Personale gentile e disponibile e attento alle richieste del cliente. Se devo trovare un “difetto” direi il caldo. La temperatura in camera e in bagno era eccessiva. Torneremo sicuramente!
