Relais Mont Blanc Hotel & Spa
4.4/541 Reviews
We got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!
Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, by R Collection Hotels

We recently arrived at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, and our stay so far has been nothing short of magical. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a breathtaking winter landscape, with fresh snow transforming the surroundings into a true fairy tale. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant design perfectly complementing the beauty of the area. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. We are staying in a Junior Suite on the first floor, and it has impressed us with its spacious layout, especially when compared to accommodations we’ve experienced in Chamonix. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we are thoroughly enjoying the serene winter scenery, which adds a sense of tranquility to our stay. Our stay is still in progress, but we’re already enjoying every moment and look forward to experiencing more of what this exceptional hotel has to offer. P.S. Le Massif Hotel & Lodge Courmayeur the Leading Hotels of the World

Well-positioned, modern hotel with abundant breakfast and friendly staff. A private, bright balcony added to the comfort of my room. The highlight was the very professional in-house guide, Tiziano Murgia, who was available to guests in the evenings for advice on routes to walk, activities and transport solutions. He was experienced, friendly and caring. I spent my days following his tips on where to trek in the mountains of Val Ferret and above Courmayeur, with Tiz responding to me on WhatsApp if ever I sent a message asking for clarification. I had a spectacular time following his directions, including on a satellite GPS app ‘Suunto’ that he suggested that I download. My stay at Le Massif could not have been happier or more complete and I largely thank Tiz for that. I recommend this hotel in beautiful Courmayeur.

A very disappointing trip. We paid just short of a fortune for the trip and the four rooms but it was not worth the money for many reasons - the facilities, the staff were rude (apart from a lovely man called Fabio), the food, the service, the awful hotel set up. A terrible part was once past 7pm they charge 10 euros per person to take people into town which is a 2 minute max journey down a very steep dangerous hill to walk with no pavement! They will come back on this message and no doubt say 'yes, but it is complimentary service during the day'.. yes, but that is the bare minimum for the price people pay. It is an additional 15 euros if you'd like anything delivered to the room - which is astonishing and something I have never ever seen in a hotel around the world. A request for milk to be delivered for a cup of tea nearly cost me 20 euros with the additional charge. The spa - be warned again, you only get 1 hour in the spa a day per person. Therefore, if you are not a big skier you will be stung by this. The receptionist's are so rude. On arrival you are requested to put down a card for the deposit which is completely normal. On day 2 of our trip we requested to swap cards and the first one be refunded. 6 working days later, we are still waiting on the first card to be refunded - they completely ignore me and batted me off when I said we were still waiting. I have sent a strongly worded email now back in the UK but no response. They are currently holding £3,732.28 worth of deposits from us - even though they said the money should 100% be back with us by Monday 6th January - it is now Wednesday 8th January. One of our party broke their leg on NYE, after calling and calling the hotel to come collect us from town, they never sent someone down and left us stranded to find a way back up the hill. The only saving grace for this trip was a driver called Fabio who gave the injured party member his number and took him where needed, whenever he needed - a life saver. There is a lot more I could comment on but I hope that gives an honest flavour for the hotel, staff and service.

Courmayeur City Center
