Hotel 700 meters from the center of Aosta. Quiet area with ample free parking. The hotel is nice for a 3 star in terms of breakfast service I would give it a 4 star. The nice, welcoming rooms. If I have to make a note, the room is too hot. And the pillows are the sore point... they are either too low and not very comfortable or very hard. Without that comfort, the rest is very good.

A last minute reservation, a weekend in the snow with a 5 year old... this is the ideal place! A stone's throw from the cable car and the city center, clean rooms, spacious rooms with modern furnishings. Adequately sized bathroom, huge shower. Breakfast???? One of the best I've ever tasted: varied, with both sweet and savory choices, fresh fruit, excellent selection of foods for celiacs. Kind and helpful staff who are attentive to customer requests. If I had to find a "flaw" I would say the heat. The temperature in the room and bathroom was excessive. We will definitely be back!

We have just returned from a delightful weekend at the Norden Palace, a good hotel 10 minutes from the center of Aosta. Let me start by saying that I stayed through Smartbox and, right from the start, I found kindness and helpfulness. (They even booked on the platform!). For personal needs, I made special requests and not only were they all fulfilled but I got more than what I asked for. Regarding the structure, which has a beautiful elegant and well-kept hall, I must say that I only saw the seventh floor and I found a spacious room, a clean bathroom and a beautiful view. The breakfast room/restaurant is also beautiful and the dishes are good. But here the difference is made by the people: all the staff are kind but Mrs. Brunella is something more: her exquisite courtesy and the attention she gave us really impressed us. Thank you for allowing us to spend three peaceful days.

The hotel was old, we had a noise that did not let us sleep all night and the reception told us that this is how it is and there is no other alternative. The worst hotel of my life. Also the bed is very hard and they only give you a sheet to cover you.
