We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Upgraded in recent years, big free car park, friendly multilingual staff, a 10 minute walk from centre and a decent breakfast which includes eggs and bacon, croissants, cakes, cold cheeses and hams. Hospitable stay. We'd definitely stay again.

Not a full review - just a comment about the waiters. While the food was not to my taste (vegetarians clearly not well understood here!) the restaurant/ breakfast staff, Bogdan and Ivo, were courteous, hard-working and did their best to look after our group. They deserve good feedback.

We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team. The bar service with a smile too offering a lovely selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help and have a joke with the children. This place is very special and we will be back. What a great team!

We stayed here on the way back to Geneva Airport. The staff were amazing, especially the waiter and manager. Made the place and the stay extra special. Plus, beautiful and calm dogs to help welcome us. Also lovely touches, such as a coffee early in the morning to send us on our way. Thankyou!!!

Excellent and comfortable foothold in a strategic position both for business in the city and for tourism. I will definitely return, in company, for non-work reasons. Modern, clean and with courteous management and great attention to the customer.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, bathroom in need of maintenance (bath / shower, toilet seat ...) summary cleaning, bathroom products for a 4-star hotel rather lacking. Just enough breakfast, large jars of jam to share (no single portions), defrosted brioches and little or nothing for those who love salty food, and upon request for some ham the waitress replied rather rudely.
