預訂的房間沒有獨立衞生間，後在前台花7000日元升級了帶私人浴室的房間。
早晚餐質量也遜色於附近的城倉酒店。
總而言之，酸湯温泉除了保持了傳統的温泉文化，其他真的沒啥吸引人的。

酒店交通方便，但是由於歷史悠久，還是有些陳舊，但是還蠻乾淨。沒有電梯，但是工作人員比較熱情，入住時門鎖出了點狀況，馬上幫我們更換了新的房間～

送迎バス利用しました。運転手のかわいいオジサン超運転上手で安心できました。千人風呂もそんなに混んでいなくて気兼ねなく大きなお風呂を独泉状態で浸かり身も心も解きほぐされました。昭和レトロな建物ですが清潔に保たれスタッフの方々も大変気持ちのいい対応でした。
