I stayed here without meals. It was just the time of the Nebuta Festival, so there was a small float set up inside the hotel. It was really clear that they were trying to enliven the local area. The room was spacious and clean. It was also comfortable to have the bathroom and toilet separate. They gave me detailed directions to the Nebuta Festival, and when I borrowed a spoon, they went out of their way to bring different sized spoons so I could choose, so I was very happy with the attentive service.

It's a little over 25 minutes walk from Aomori Station. I rented a car from Shin-Aomori Station so it wasn't a problem, but I think it would be difficult to get there on foot. The parking lot is indoors, so there is no need to shovel snow in the winter. The breakfast buffet features locally produced dishes, and you can make your own omelet to order. From the window, you can see Mutsu Bay beyond the snow-covered roof.

Except the room is a bit old, there is no other problem, the breakfast is good

Every time I go to Aomori, I always choose Aomori Hotel. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good, the price is cheap, the cost performance is very high, and there are many restaurants around. This time I went to Aomori to see the red leaves 🍁

Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: Nice. Service: Pretty considerate. Breakfast is very local.

It's a large hotel and although it was fully booked, it was spacious and didn't feel crowded at all. The staff were very kind and let my son, who is an elementary school student, receive his key card, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious. They also had apple juice, which is unique to Aomori, and it was really tasty.

The building has a solid feeling, and I felt that it was a typical hotel in Aomori. This time I used it with a customer, but the staff's response was sophisticated, and there was no scene where I felt uncomfortable with the service during my stay. However, the flow of users during the breakfast buffet is poor, I felt that it was not flowing smoothly, so I thought that I needed to devise it.

I used this hotel through a JR accommodation package provided by a travel agency. The room had a great view of the ocean, and it was clean and well-maintained. The best thing was the breakfast. It was a buffet, but there were plenty of delicious dishes made with local ingredients, and I tried almost every type. The salad was fresh, the omelette was fluffy, the apples were crunchy, and the stew was full of flavor and really delicious! And the staff were very friendly. Everyone was working enthusiastically, and not only did they greet me, but they also kindly answered my questions with a smile, which made me feel good. I can't help but want to use this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel for a live tour. Although it is a 25-minute walk from Aomori Station, you can easily get there by bus or taxi, and there is a taxi at the hotel, so access to the station is not a problem. Another nice point is that Link Station, where many concerts are held, is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options! As for the rooms, there were spacious sofas and I was able to relax very comfortably. I sometimes felt like I wanted to spend the whole time just drinking coffee and reading while looking at the view. Unfortunately, I couldn't see it during my stay due to heavy snow, but the sea and the night view of the city from the rooms are surely spectacular. The only thing that bothered me was that the handle to adjust the hot water temperature in the bathroom was tight and difficult to turn, and the humidification. There is a humidifier, but it is small and does not humidify the air much, and the dryness of the air did not improve even if I left it on overnight. It was very comfortable, so I would like to use it when I go to live tours at venues other than Link Station.

I have stayed here several times. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has Aomori ingredients and local dishes, so I keep coming back because I want to try them. In the mountain-facing rooms, the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom also has a washing area, so you can relax in it. I like the Aomori apple juice that is available at the breakfast buffet, so if you write down the variety, I think you can buy that variety of apple juice as a souvenir if you like it (for example, today's apple juice is Fuji).

The bathtub was so floppy that the bottom was about to fall out. On top of that, the bathtub got clogged just by taking a shower. I think they should teach you how to flush the toilet... If you don't use force because you think it might break, you can't flush it, so push it down hard. And the man at the front desk was not very enthusiastic. Is it okay to visit in a T-shirt? Do you have to wear a suit? Or is he looking at people? I had heard that it was the guest house of Aomori, so I was terribly disappointed. The good thing was that the view from the room was nice and I could see the sea, and the nearby izakaya and bar were not too noisy, so I was able to have a drink quietly.

There are local dishes, so you can eat a lot without getting bored. Rice is a romantic thing that you can have at any hotel, but I wondered if there was something special about it.

I drove from Kanagawa Prefecture through Tohoku to Hokkaido, and stayed here after arriving by ferry from Hakodate on the way back. It was my first time staying here, and I didn't know where the parking lot was, and there was no bellboy, so I asked the woman at the front desk, and she came out of her way to help me. She carried four heavy suitcases to the room by herself, and was polite and warm, so I'm glad I chose this hotel. I liked the menu at Bar Montagne and wanted to make a dinner reservation, but unfortunately it was not available because it was reserved for private use. Instead, I was told about the nearby izakaya, Oban Koban, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and it became a good memory. The room was old, but well-maintained and cleaned, so I was able to relax. I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Aomori.
