一共兩瓶娃哈哈礦泉水，喝了一瓶準備喝第二瓶時候，發現水已經變成綠色，而且有沉澱，找到老闆，老闆不出麪，從對講機裏説，就説沒在家，來不了”現在也不知道第一瓶喝的是什麼了

設施：電視是個擺設
衞生：房間裏一直有小蟑螂出沒，還有其他的小蟲子。
環境：最最最影響的是房間不隔音，隔壁的聲音聽到的一清二楚，而且非常吵鬧。
服務：服務態度很好，前台小姐姐人美心善。

因為是公出，所以在入住之前，特意打電話諮詢有關發票，問當天可以發票，説可以，辦理入住時，和辦理入住人員又確定能不能開當天的發票，説可以辦理，退房給發票，結果辦理退房時，説沒有發票了，如果入住之前説明這個情況，當天也不會入住，説明天給，我説可以，我到時要求一定開當天入住的發票，結果過了好長時間才給，導致日期不一致，後桌一週才開，發票日期和當天不一致，很差的一次體驗，下次在需要發票一定要提前讓他開好

洗漱台有好多衹蟲子，半夜隔壁房間有人打牌，根本吵的睡不着，酒店房間煙味很重，被褥也不乾淨，到的時候前台服務人員也在吸煙，睡一晚沒睡着還弄一身煙味。
