We stayed for 11 days in one of the bungalows and found it to be the near perfect place for a combination of relaxing and still within reaching distance of Rome. The bungalow were well-equipped and the wifi were the best we have experienced at such places. Pool was also nice and not overcrowded, maybe due to the place not seeming fully booked. Nice detail with 2 free sunchairs per family. Beach was absolutely fantastic and also not overcrowded. The in-area shop had a good selection, fair prices and reasonable opening hours. On the downside we found the service at the restaurant lagging a bit, but the food was okay. Also, the price for the padel tennis court is a rip-off. Traffic towards Rome was busy, but moving. A good alternative is driving 10 minutes to the closest train station, leave the car at the (fairly small, so you need to be there early) free public parking lot) and take the direct train to Rome Central Station. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We paid a whopping amount of money for this place - could have spent the same in the Balearics for a 4*. The place was a really poor imitation of the many really good campsites all over Italy. It had all the right bits, but they were all shabby and run down. And the management tries to gouge more out of you for every little thing. The place was full of trash, everything was falling apart, the restaurant was absolutely appalling. One day we were served completely rancid food - I honestly thought someone was emptying a bin near us when it arrived. We sent it back, and still got charged for it! We did not go back. The best part of the site was the brand-new lagoon-style pool - but you have to pay something like €15 a day for a sun lounger! We declined and then got told we couldn't put our towels down on the grass. Shockingly poor, money-grubbing policy. The price of the site also didn't include loungers on the beach either, something we've always had in nicer, cheaper places in Marche, Menorca, etc. The wristbands to get you in and out of the park didn't work, we told the maintenance guys and they just shrugged. These gates never worked and from time to time we were stuck outside the campsite from the beach for ages, waiting for someone to pass by with a working device. The children's activities were led by people who were enthusiastic but completely unsuited to the care of young ones. Which meant we couldn't trust them with our kid, which meant we couldn't relax with the kids out of the way in the way we have in other similar places. I had planned a working holiday but the wifi was so poor - and cellphone data non-existent - that I ended up having to head into Rome every day instead of being able to work from the cottages. The only reason I give the place 2 rather than 1 out of 5 is that the staff were friendly and did their best in bad circumstances. Generally it feels like someone has invested in this place purely for financial reasons without knowing what a good campsite is actually like. Very upset as we wasted half of our summer, and a lot of money, for somewhere that didn't provide a nice holiday.

Negative experience, I was disappointed by the Reception as I requested a blanket at 6pm ensuring that the next day at 12 they would bring it to us after having called them back a few hours before to be safe and having given me the confirmation, they showed up at 2.30pm. .. (More than 2 hours late) While we were resting and oh well... Leaving this aside I called to find out what event the entertainers were doing They didn't know anything.... And to look for them and ask for a Giant area... I start to I'm looking for Maria in Rome... (I don't understand why... They couldn't call them and ask??!!!!!) in the end I managed to find them after 3 days by pure chance. On the day of departure I called the reception to accompany us to the car and because we had a lot of suitcases, a gentleman from the reception arrived in the car and after a minute his colleague told us that they had to go and unload a camper... I wonder who they came to go on then... Bha. The fact is, the place is nice and big, but the service in my opinion is pitiful (except for the cleaning ladies, a boy and a gentleman who was supervising the park with the machine. The rest, I'm not satisfied at all with the service, especially at the reception.

After a year I remove a star and put only one but it's worth half. The place is still beautiful even if the pine forest is now covered by a black blanket of cochineal. Prices are always high for the services provided which are not consistent with the four stars they boast. I also notice a lack of attention from the reception to the reports made. In short, from I would like but I can't to I just can't.

We stayed one night in the camper parking area, arriving at 9.30pm from the port of Anzio, my partner and I and a 9 year old girl at the reception told us that the restaurant is open until late, since we still had to arrange the camper and do the shower we ask for confirmation to eat obviously, we arrive at 10.20pm at the restaurant they let us sit and after a while they tell us that the chef had felt ill and therefore they could only make us pizza and fried foods, ok, after 5 minutes they tell us that the fryer it had already been detached. When we said that we had been told by the reception that the restaurant would be open until late, the waiter explained to us that they closed at 11pm. I think there are many communication problems, it was enough to be clearer and we would have organized ourselves differently. Very high swimming pool prices. The staff at the two bars were very nice and helpful!!!

Terrible campsite, I advise you not to go to the reception, terrible hygiene in the campsite to say the least. Terrible mice that can practically be seen running in the avenues. For external disabled people, leave aside architectural barriers at the levels of the Middle Ages. There would still be more to write about but management and staff should change, they really give inadequate answers
