服務團隊熱情又周到，從前台快速辦理入住，到客房服務響應及時，每個細節都讓人倍感温暖。自助早餐種類齊全，午晚餐的菜品精緻美味，食材新鮮度滿分。床品乾淨衞生，房間貼心的準備了安岳的檸檬特色小吃，非常補不錯，檸檬果凍和檸檬花生酥特別好吃，給兒子各買了一斤。電梯客流量雖多，不過現場有服務人員引領，井然有序。保安大哥還幫我把車開到了門口，出行非常很方便。

這次入住讓我感到物超所值！無論是設施、服務還是環境都達到了四星級的標準，我們是晚上10點多到的酒店，服務態度特別好，很親切，幫我們提行李，停車。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，美美睡了一晚。本以為縣城酒店的早餐沒什麼吃的，結果出乎我們的意料，早餐種類很多的，豐富營養，煮了一晚酸菜肉絲麪，味道好極了。特別是麪包，口感綿柔，適合長者和孩子，酒店地下停車場很大，免費停車，非常方便，下次依然選擇西美。
