Very disappointing with the attitude of the marketing mother Rina who is not professional in taking care of the reports to cause unpleasant things & making it uncomfortable for us. The incident started when we rented a karaoke device of 300 rb/day from the resort when used at 22.00 evening, the hotel staff presented the karaoke time limit to death. We obey because it is a rule & so that it is not to disturb other residents, 23.00 afternoon, the hotel attendant will come again on the order of Rina mother will take a karaoke device for the reason of the rental time is out. This is what I am annoyed, there is no agreement to rent the limit until 22.00 wib & I used the karaoke device according to the karaoke time limit ... Because I was accused of disturbing other residents even though it was clearly passed from 22.00 win, I didn't. Karaoke & the two hotel officers who came to the villa know that ..... Ms. Rina, if receiving the report, check it first, check & make sure that the noise is not directly claimed & take policies that caused consumer inconvenience. is part of the asset/visa source for the hotel.

The place is delicious, I think that I ordered a tip of 2 floors because it was full on the weekend, but the hygiene is not like the table with a lot of dust, the bedroom air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is also smelly and dirty

First check in at 1pm, the room was not ready, it turned out that the room was not cleaned. Room was ready at 3 o'clock. Breakfast was ok, the swimming pool was large, and access to the beach was a bit difficult because it was a small road. But overall it is good.

Always fun back to mambruk.. good location, private beach, great pool, clean room, there is always new facilities improvement

Overall menyenangkan sekali stay di villa marina. Yg paling best adalah ada 2 lokasi kolam reang, di dekat pintu masuk dan di dekat laut. Untuk lokasi yg didekat laut kolam renang anaknya tidak terawat, tp untuk lokasi dekat pintu masuk bagus. Amenities lengkap, hanya lampu kamar mandi suka kedap kedip yg perlu diganti. Untuk kebersihan lumayan, tapi di beberapa titik ada rontokan dari plafond. Mungkin untuk lemari dan kasur bisa dilakukan peremajaan supaya meningkatkan kenyamanan.view depan dermaga dan lautnya bagus. Tapi area pasirnya harus dilakukan perawatan karena banyak sampah.

Dengan private beach yang ada, semoga bisa balik lagi nanti
