First,I was upset, because of confusion with the room size) but then, the trip.com customer service solved the issue fast! The hotel's free of charge offers like laundry or scanner, steam iron were just a nice surprise! As I travelled alots and such service is chargeable in most of the hotels around the world! Quite,relaxing atmosphere! The stay was pleasant,the weather was wonderful,the people in Korea are very friendly and helpful!

The hotel station is Nintokuin, and I thought it was far from Myeongdong and Seoul, but the station is just a straight line from the hotel, and the subway was line 4, so it was really convenient. The hotel was not big but the staff was friendly and the valet parking was friendly I gave you cheese cake and Americano for service, and I went out in the evening.
