Anyang Guest House

After enjoying the peonies in Luoyang, I learned that it was the opening of the new Yin Ruins Museum, so I immediately changed my itinerary and went straight to Anyang, and booked the best local hotel in Anyang - Anyang Yingbin Hotel on Ctrip.com. I really felt at home. Wang Caihong, the receptionist at the front desk, provided warm service. Not only did he upgrade the room for free, but he also gave me a special breakfast. After a tiring day on the road, I came back in the evening with fruit snacks and even a footbath to relieve my fatigue. It was really considerate. In particular, we would like to thank Manager Xiao Zhang from the concierge department for personally driving to the high-speed rail station to pick us up and drop us off. We were very touched and grateful. In short, the trip to Anyang was fruitful. Anyang not only has the world-renowned Yin Ruins ruins, but also experienced the warm and true feelings of the world at the Yingbin Hotel. Like 👍

Travel to Anyang to visit Yinxu and choose to stay in Anyang Guest House. According to the front desk clerk, the room we booked was occupied by the conference, and the front desk gave us a free upgrade to a business suite, which is quite satisfactory. The breakfast buffet is poor. There was no place to eat near the hotel. Dinner was settled in the hotel’s buffet restaurant. The hotel’s buffet dinner was very poor.

Anyang Guest House, still very pleasantly surprised! In fact, it is for business trips. The lady at the front desk helped me upgrade the suite, which is still a parent-child room. I think the room is well done and it is very suitable for a parent-child family. The room is very big, there are two ensuite rooms, the bedding is good, and the children’s tent facilities, if there are children, they will probably like it very much! The hotel belongs to Anyang with more specifications, the environment and location are not to be said, very good!

Sister and younger brother, accompanied the 84-year-old dad from Xinzhou to Anyang, and visited his 94-year-old brother for many years. I booked two deluxe single-bed rooms (with breakfast) on Ctrip. The unit price is more than one hundred cheaper than the hotel. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is attentive, and the old man is very satisfied. In order to reduce the fatigue of the elderly on the return journey, the next day, they decided to check out and live in Shijiazhuang. Call the hotel and the platform, and the formalities will be completed in a short while. It was past 14 o'clock when I checked out, and today I saw that the bank had refunded the full amount, thank you very much!

應該是老牌星級酒店，停車方便，大堂氣派，前台服務熱情。房間不大，中規中矩，用着也方便，衹是設施較老，尤其是淋浴間的門不密封，洗澡水容易打濕外面的地面。房間空調不太給力，建議加強維護。早餐很好，豐富新鮮。特別表揚客房服務，空調不製冷，馬上幫我們調整了新風量。幫我們把裹在浴巾裏的襪子洗乾淨烘乾送到房間，很貼心的感覺！

超預期的入住體驗。在攜程預訂了酒店套餐，提前打電話預約高鐵接送，禮賓部接車的小夥子非常熱情周到；在前台辦理入住時，服務員即可送上兩杯暖暖的銀耳羹，又贈送了一份伴手禮，太暖心了。客房房間舒適寬敞，還有贈送的水果點心。早餐很豐盛，後悔起晚了，沒能多享受一下😂，總而言之是極佳的入住體驗。另外一個小插曲，早上衞生間水盆有滲水現象，客房小管家李愛英即可聯繫了工程部檢修，效率非常高，贊一個👍。

安陽迎賓館酒店，體驗感非常好，酒店的迎賓經理張先生親自接送站，還幫我們安排晚餐以免因夜遊博物館而錯過晚餐，酒店的餐飲非常好，為了方便遊客晚餐開到晚九點。港式茶餐廳尤其值得點贊，餐食美味服務周全，李珍美女更值得點贊，還幫我和先生拍照片留念。前台的王佳夢還為我們升級為套房，總之這次的安陽之行超出預期的好！

衹説一件事，同時定了兩間房，一間含早，一間攜程積分活動送了一份早餐，前台在入住的時候有兩個問題，一是沒有第一時間告知説明哪個房間是含早的，哪個不是。二是沒有對贈送的早餐進行説明兑換，贈送的早餐要求兑換紙質的餐券這本身就在流程上是不必要的，前台還沒有查看説明提前兑換，導致早上到了餐廳被告知沒有早餐，讓自己前台餐廳來回跑去確認領紙質的早餐券，體驗感極差

很抱歉沒有拍太多照片～ 環境：個人很喜歡酒店位置，去周圍的景區都很方便，打車定位也很明確，酒店周圍小公園可以出來溜達。酒店內可以足不出户吃飯或外賣（機器人送餐）。 服務：雖然沒實現接站（這個服務如果有，還是需要完善）但整體服務還是很好的，熱情周到，有歡迎水果和酸奶等小加餐。 總體還是不錯的。
