Great hotel. Gym and pool are especially great. My only criticism would be that the breakfast buffet never gets refilled and it's almost half empty by 9am. Expected better from a 5 star hotel

Absolut pleasant stay, the dedication and service-orientation of the staff, especially at the front desk, is remarkable. Location is quite convenient next to Wanda Shopping Mall. Some of the furnishings show certain traces of heavy usage….but hey, it’s Anyang and not Beijing!

這次到安陽，住了安陽富力萬達嘉華酒店。
酒店的Carey熱情接待我們，給我們安排了房間，問了我們幾天的行程安排，細心的給我們介紹當地特色，五星好評！！！
酒店的早餐也非常好，品種多樣，服務員熱情倒來茶水或者咖啡，態度非常好！！！
我們訂了酒店的車送去高鐵站，司機王超非常禮貌，主動幫我們搬行李，駕駛技術很好，五星好評！！！！
在去高鐵半路，突然發現還有物品忘留在酒店，Carey馬上帶房務大姐一起去找，找到了，還幫安排快遞送到家。
安陽之行，富力萬達嘉華酒店，讓我們的行程更加舒心美好，感謝！！！

富力萬達嘉華酒店真的不錯，高端大氣，交通便利，早餐品種豐富。我們夫妻來安陽之前就做了攻略，看來還是選對了。前台服務員態度好，尤其是蔡丹丹女士，服務周到，想客户所想，很有親切感，充分代表了安陽人民的服務水平。還幫我調整了房間的樓層，讓我們能飽覽安陽美景，感覺真的不錯。

很不錯 停車免費 酒店大堂礦泉水住店客人免費 市中心屬於新區比較繁華的地方 車流量比較大 旁邊就是萬達廣場和萬達商場公用停車場 離着倉巷街大概四公里 離着文字博物館很近很方便出行打車也很方便 停車也很方便

萬達品牌的酒店值得信賴，入住當天聽説滿房，但服務依然很到位，大堂在五一假期專門針對小童準備了文創活動，看的出酒店是花了心思的，很多想我這種外地人都很感興趣，小朋友們很開心。酒店的設施齊全，設備高檔，裝修很有當地文化特色。各個部門員工都很熱情，效率很高，我房間要了浴缸膜，很快就送到。在前台諮詢酒店周邊的訊息，也熱情的推薦。房間乾淨，整潔，衞生，空調給力，WiFi速度很快，淋浴舒服。中餐的本地風味菜，唯美量大，性價比高。停車方便，地下車庫乘電梯直接可到大堂。晚上去了倉巷街，五一假期非常熱鬧。這次住的很滿意，家人都很開心。
