好評文案1：側重通勤與舒適感
這次入住的公寓太讓人驚喜了！位置真的無可挑剔，選對公寓真的能提升幸福感！位置在市中心，鬧中取靜，下樓就是公交站，去哪都省心。房間佈局很合理，收納空間充足，完全不用擔心行禮沒地方放，衞生做得也很到位，地板和窗台都一塵不染。重點誇誇床品，觸感細膩不粗糙，洗得乾乾淨淨沒有異味，晚上躺着特別放鬆，出差住這裏像“充電”一樣舒服，下次來還選這家！

這是我十天旅遊的最後一站，計劃著參觀完殷墟博物館找個酒店整理一下洗個熱水澡就返程，因為鐘點房有開房時限，決定開全天，哪怕衹呆一小時。提前半個月就訂好房間。結果開房時好繁瑣，全程不見服務人員，通過電話微信再登記分配房間。我一再和服務員説我時間緊，就呆一小時，先給我房間，我們一家三口要洗澡換洗衣服，真是服了，一定要走完流程才給房間。民宿，公寓住的多了，提前預訂的，衹要打電話報名字和身份證號都讓先去房間。這倒好，磨磨唧唧的，呆在狹小逼仄悶熱的樓梯緩步台操作手續，沒有電梯。都跟你説了要洗澡，着急趕車，🐎的，不能提前檢查房間設施嗎？什麼管理水平？進房間開行李箱找衣服，兒子先洗的，喊我説沒熱水，我還以為上水慢，需要循環起來，結果兒子放了半天也沒熱水，涼水沖沖就完了。我愛人再去，也這**，我問客服，讓我打開熱水器，操！熱水器在棚頂，再一看，設定温度才26度。誰家酒店公寓民宿這麼幹？現燒到能洗澡的温度時間也來不及了。就算你們來人調試，也會耽誤我時間。從開房到退房，我衹呆了一個小時，失敗糟心透頂!無語的是，連個道歉都沒有!垃圾酒店!

一家新開的酒店，衞生乾淨，就是注意下前台在二樓，在提行李上樓。房間裏面很乾凈，我比較看重衞生間乾淨。而且燒水不是用燒水壺，避免被人污染。牆上壁掛飲水機，乾淨衞生。對門就有免費停車場。開車去殷墟博物館也很近。
