James Joyce ELITE Hotel (Anyang High-speed Railway Station Wuyue Plaza)

I came to Anyang on a business trip this time, staying for only one day, and arrived in Anyang around 9 pm. I liked the hotel's pick-up service. Five minutes before the high-speed train arrived, the staff contacted me and informed me of the vehicle's location, which was very heartwarming. Two young ladies came to pick me up at the airport. To be honest, it made me feel a lot more at ease than being picked up by a middle-aged uncle. Regarding the hotel room environment, the room is large, clean and tidy, the decoration is very new, and it is equipped with whole-house intelligence, which is very convenient. There is welcome fruit after check-in, and the breakfast is also rich for a business trip. In addition, the hotel also gave away coffee coupons. The coffee was really delicious and it reduced my coffee expenses. The hotel staff were also very easygoing. In short, it is a hotel that deserves praise. The whole room has intelligent voice control and the facilities are very user-friendly. The lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are not luxurious but very adequate 3. The service attitude is quite nice. The front desk reception team is absolutely well-trained and extremely enthusiastic. They are never tired of answering various questions and are able to consider the guests to the greatest extent possible and meet their needs. Highly recommended! I'll stay at this hotel from now on.

Good location, convenient for eating around. The hotel has good parking and the air conditioning is very powerful. The whole house is intelligently voice controlled, and when turning off the lights, the lights are turned off one area at a time, which is very ceremonial. I like his decoration style very much. The power switch is unique and novel. However, some switches are out of order. I hope they can be repaired in time.

The room is really small, it seems like the area has shrunk. The one we stayed in had a sewer smell. I was too lazy to change it, so I checked out a day in advance and went to Shanxi. There is still a lot of room for improvement in hardware. It is next to Wuyue Plaza and has convenient transportation and shopping. There are fruit biscuits for free, and they are delivered every day. The apples are very sweet.

來安陽這趟確實收穫不錯，一開始訂的酒店因為計劃有變，玩的景區離預訂的酒店比較遠沒能去酒店入住，讓酒店取消訂單，酒店因為是新來的員工對業務不太熟練，告知不能取消，造成一些小誤會，後來經理聯繫了我，説是可以免費取消，還特別細心的詢問了一下，在安陽的行程幾天的時間，離開安陽的時候可以再次選着我們酒店，因為酒店離高鐵站比較近，還可以給您安排接送站服務，15分鐘不到的路程，所以第二天又預訂了他們酒店，酒店人員還給免費升級房型，還贈送了早餐，房間環境也不錯，真是一場小誤會，以後有機會來安陽，還會選這入住這家酒店！

這次入住真的太驚喜了！從進門開始就很順心——前台小姐姐/小哥哥特別熱情，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的小吃店，瞬間就沒了旅途的疲憊。 比我想象中寬敞不少，打掃得乾乾淨淨，連角落都沒落下，床上用品軟乎乎的，睡一晚像回了家一樣舒服。窗户對着街景，白天拉開窗簾採光特別好，晚上也安靜，完全不吵。
