First,I was upset, because of confusion with the room size) but then, the trip.com customer service solved the issue fast! The hotel's free of charge offers like laundry or scanner, steam iron were just a nice surprise! As I travelled alots and such service is chargeable in most of the hotels around the world! Quite,relaxing atmosphere! The stay was pleasant,the weather was wonderful,the people in Korea are very friendly and helpful!

The room is terrible... The facilities are a bit old. Not as good as in the pictures. And it's very small. Two people can't even spread out the suitcases. There are only two hangers. I asked the front desk but they didn't have any more. The first part is tolerable. The most unacceptable thing is that the bedsheets are very yellow and have blood stains on them. I thought the bedsheets would be changed every day by default, but they were not changed on the second day. On the third day, I wrote a note to request that the bedsheets be changed. Anyway, the whole environment looks dirty, and the corridor smells bad. The small space is acceptable, but the poor hygiene is true. Don't stay there (but the front desk is pretty good. There is a guy at the front desk who can speak Chinese, and we can communicate smoothly and solve problems)
