I had a very disappointing experience with Anyang Illowa Hotel and strongly advise against staying here. I had to change my plans unexpectedly, and their strict refund policy left me frustrated and out of pocket. They wouldn’t even allow me to modify my reservation—a standard practice at most hotels.
It’s incredibly frustrating to lose money over something beyond your control, and the lack of flexibility shows a complete disregard for customer service. If I could rate this place a zero, I absolutely would. Save yourself the headache and choose a hotel that values its guests and offers reasonable accommodation for changing plans.

The hotel was clean and located in a very convenient location, it was close to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It is a good place to stay. There are many places to eat at nearby, as well as several convenience stores. It's near the train station too. It's just a little dark immediately around the hotel after dark. The amenities are very good. It's very clean. They even offered cake on arrival! I would stay there again.

At first I was skeptical to book this place but I give it a try knowing that it is quiet close to the Anyang MRT. My overall experience was when my friend and I reached the place I was I bit concerned with the look of the room but to my surprise It is clean and nice. The female and male receptionist too are very friendly and accomodating, though we had some communication gap but thanks to google translate and please dont missed the free cheecake It was good!

I stayed here on a business trip. It was very convenient and close to the subway. I will stay here again next time. The toiletries are complete. The surrounding shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient. It's great.

The room is quite spacious. The bathtub is great. There are pastries when you check in. The lady boss is beautiful, chatty and attentive. I recommend it. I will go there again next time. It is opposite the Anyang subway station. It is backed by the food court and the local old district market. The people are very simple.
