There was hair in the bathtub, water didn't drain well, there were broken hangers, the outlets didn't work properly, and the staff at the counter were rude, which made my stay unpleasant.

The staff are very friendly,
I had a comfortable stay thanks to parking consideration!
It's a bit of an old hotel, so the shower rooms and facilities aren't up-to-date.
There are no problems with accommodation.
However, there is disposable shampoo, but no toothbrush or toothpaste.
I think you just need to bring toiletries!
