第二次入住，不過這次體驗非常糟糕:
1: 到前台辦理入住，主動跟前台服務員打招呼，但對方盯着我十來秒時間，沒任何反應，直至我遞出身份證才開口第一句話:辦理入住
2: 因辦公到晚上十二點多，感覺腳有點涼，打開空調才發現沒制熱功能。隨即打電話前台，才被告知酒店空調故障。如果酒店設備出現故障，不應該我預訂後電話告知嗎，或者至少在我辦理入住的時候要告知。
酒店作為服務行業，個人感覺連服務最基本的點都沒做到

國慶就定的正月初十的婚宴交了定金，過年初二聊雙人間房間價格初二的時候説給219會員價，初二前台和經理雙方都問了都可以給十幾間雙間會員價219一間，初六看的攜程雙人間225一間，初七想着房間都定到馬上20間了聊一下優惠，優惠沒聊下來，初八接到電話就漲249一間，一句言就是老闆説的沒過完年給不了，攜程跟着漲價，真的是坐地起價！初九晚上去彩排頭一次發現酒店竟然沒有音響設備，大晚上還要自己租音響，酒店在這種馬上第二天婚宴了也不提前告知，還是我的主持人發現的！初十中午搞完婚宴就威脅我的策劃團隊由於不是本地策劃，要求付500進場費，不然不準撤場！你哪裡這麼多名堂？初十搞完婚宴幾個服務員立馬就問為什麼還不退房，還不退房就要付一天的費用，我就想請問你們，我在你們酒店消費這麼多，晚一點點退房收拾行李是很耽誤你們嗎？你們是有很多客源，硬騰不出別的房間是嗎？結婚這幾天搞得我一肚子火！接親一大早上我老公還跟經理吵一架！晦氣的很嘞！
